Easy access to WWI sites. a fantastic chateau experience with helpful hosts. Authentic French breakfast with fresh bread and croissants. The chateau has been beautifully renovated. Convenient parking in a pristine farmyard. Fabulous location for exploring memorials with friendly hosts who go above and beyond. Afternoon tea and dinner reservations in Amiens were amazing. The owners were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always there to assist with any questions or requests we had. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of fresh pastries and fruits available. the location of the hotel was also great, as it allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and explore the surroundings.

One of the drawbacks was the language barrier. the owners didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

The hosts were extremely helpful and kind during our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The picturesque surroundings made for a peaceful atmosphere, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful chestnut trees on the property. Plus, with its central location, it was easy to get to nearby sites and attractions.

Although the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, we were able to communicate well enough to get by. We did have a bit of trouble finding nearby restaurants that were available without advance reservations, but that was easily solved with a short drive to a nearby town.

If you're looking for a charming chateau deep in the French countryside, this might just be the place for you. the owners are warm and welcoming, offering a personally served French breakfast that's a feast for the senses. the rooms are full of character, boasting beautiful, individual decor and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. You can park your car under a large, open barn in the middle of an immaculate farm yard.

Sadly, the hotel does not offer daily housekeeping, but this shouldn't detract from the beautiful experience.

Staying in a real chateau was absolutely amazing! the location was perfect for exploring the historic battlefields of the area and it was wonderfully quiet at night. the hosts were lovely and extremely helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit in the nearby towns.

Although it was a small inconvenience, we did have to drive to find restaurants in the towns nearby and the language barrier was a bit of a challenge. the hosts made every effort to communicate with us and provide an enjoyable stay.
